We provide compassionate treatment for individuals struggling with Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorders, and OSFED (Other Specified Feeding and Eating Disorder).

We offer a range of services including individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored towards combatting an array of mental health conditions in addition to eating disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, and substance use disorders.

Our mission is to provide comprehensive, compassionate care to individuals and families affected by eating disorders. We believe that early intervention is key to successful recovery, which is why we offer a range of services including individual therapy, group support, and nutrition support. We also provide support for family members to help them understand and support their loved ones in their recovery journey. Our goal is to empower our clients to take control of their recovery and live fulfilling lives.

Clinical Director/Lead Therapist

Alana received her Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona and her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology with a Marriage and Family Therapy specialization from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has extensive experience in treating adolescents and adults with eating disorders at all levels of care, ranging from residential treatment to outpatient. Alana understands the differing and unique needs of individuals who are facing challenges with disordered eating, body image, and their relationship with food.
Alana is a compassionate, warm, and patient-clinician that finds joy in helping individuals and families reach their highest potential in life.
