At Orange County Eating Therapist Group, we are optimistic about the future and believe that eating disorder recovery is possible for everyone. Our Eating Disorder Therapist work closely with each client to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses their specific needs and challenges. Our evidence-based approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family-Based Therapy, and Nutrition Therapy, among others. In addition to one-on-one therapy sessions, we also offer group therapy and support groups as a way for individuals to connect with others who understand the challenges they are facing.

Clinical Director/Lead Therapist

Alana received her Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona and her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology with a Marriage and Family Therapy specialization from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has extensive experience in treating adolescents and adults with eating disorders at all levels of care, ranging from residential treatment to outpatient. Alana understands the differing and unique needs of individuals who are facing challenges with disordered eating, body image, and their relationship with food.
Alana is a compassionate, warm, and patient-clinician that finds joy in helping individuals and families reach their highest potential in life.
