Alana received her Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona and her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology with a Marriage and Family Therapy specialization from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has extensive experience in treating adolescents and adults with eating disorders at all levels of care, ranging from residential treatment to outpatient. Alana understands the differing and unique needs of individuals who are facing challenges with disordered eating, body image, and their relationship with food.

Jennifer Massey, MS, RD is a Registered Dietician specializing in eating disorders and mental health and nutrition. She received her Bachelors of Science in Public Health Sciences from University of California, Irvine and her Masters of Science in Nutrition, Health Span, and Longevity from the University of Southern California. She is passionate about connecting with adolescents and young adults to provide education surrounding the importance of balanced nutrition and maintaining a healthy relationship with food.
